Theme: "TRES JOLIE"
My March IPSY Glam Bag is here, and I couldn't be more excited! First of all, can we just take a second to admire the bag?
I am in LOVE with the beautiful blush color!
It's so on trend and perfect for Spring!
Now let's break down what's inside:
1.) Elizabeth Mott Blending Brush
2.)Tarte Cosmetics Tarteist Matte Lip Paint in "Rosé"
3.)PÜR Cosmetics Disappearing Ink 4-in-1 Concealer in "Light"
4.)JeNu High Tech Beauty Marine Collagen Mineral Gel
5.)So Susan Blush & Glow Luminizing Blush
You can never have too many brushes, and I love this blending brush. The colors are beautiful and it just looks fancy overall.
(Retail price $16)
Although I haven't tried the Tarteist Lip Paint, right off the bat I can say that the color is right up my alley.
The formula seems to be quite thick and reminds me of the NYX Lip Lingerie lipsticks.
It does have a bit of the typical makeup chemical smell, so if you're expecting to smell cupcakes, this might not be the product for you.
(Retail price for full size $20)
Next we have the So Susan blush.
The swatch is a lot prettier than what it looks like in the container. It's got reflective eye-catching particles in it that will illuminate your skin beautifully when the light catches it.
(Retail price $22.95)
It's a beautiful shade that is right on trend for the Spring season.
Although I was really happy to finally be receiving a concealer from IPSY, the PUR 4-in-1 was unfortunately too dark and too yellow for my particular skin tone.
The formula seemed quite thick as well.
(Retail price for full size $24)
Normally I'm pretty picky with my skincare as I prefer Korean skincare products, but this JeNu Mineral Gel has quite a refreshing scent, and I'm a fan of the gel type of formula, so we will see how that goes.
(Retail price for full size $49)
Overall, I would rate the bag a 5/5 this month.
If you're new to IPSY, it's a $10/month subscription service where you receive 4-5 beauty samples each month.
